Driving é extremamente irresponsável e muito perigosa. Motoristas bêbados são uma ameaça para si mesmos, passageiros, pedestres e outros usuários da estrada. Com a nova legislação imposta, também será mais cara. Embora saibamos que beber e dirigir é perigoso. É importante estar ciente de toda a gama de consequências que podemos incorrer. Quais são as penalidades para dirigir sob a influência de álcool ou outras formas de intoxicação após as alterações na alteração do Código da rodovia polonesa em 2022 ( Clique em)? What is the penalty for drink driving in Poland?

As noted above, driving under the influence of alcohol, if the alcohol level does not exceed 0.5 mg, is considered a violation offence. This means, that you can be punished with a 30-day detention. However in a majority of cases it is just a fine. Nevertheless, we should be prepared for a serious fine. The amount of such a fine after the amendment to the regulations equals PLN 2,500 and 10 penalty points. It is worth noting one more thing. Como podemos ver, temos muitas mudanças, especialmente na área de dirigir sob a influência de álcool/drogas. No entanto, pelo menos por enquanto, não temos nenhum regulamento declarando que dirigir sob a influência de álcool/drogas estará sujeito ao confisco do veículo (ainda). Talvez essa lei não entre em vigor. No entanto, o ato deve passar pelo processo legislativo primeiro. Por que estou mencionando isso?
